Submissions to the Dawson Review of the Trade Practices Act 1974 and its Administration

In July 2002 the Business Council of Australia made a submission to the Dawson review, titled Towards Prosperity: Submission to the Dawson Review of the Trade Practices Act 1974 and its Administration.
The BCA made a supplementary submission to the Dawson review in October 2002.
The submissions outline a package of responsible accountability measures to restore business confidence in the Trade Practices Act and its administration.
