Submission to the NSW Government Anzac Day Trading Review

The BCA has made a submission to the NSW Government’s review of Anzac Day trading.

Businesses should be able to make their own decision whether they choose to open on a public holiday based on their individual circumstances and customer preferences, as well as employee preferences to work and earn higher penalty rates.
