The Business Council of Australia (BCA) welcomes the opportunity to provide a submission for the Employment White Paper.  The focus of the White Paper on full employment and productivity growth for the benefit of all Australians, along with women’s economic participation, advancement and equality, is important as Australia, and particularly the Australian business community, confronts a challenging economic environment. 

This submission outlines the Business Council’s suggestions for actions that can contribute to Australia’s prosperity and sustainably deliver a stronger labour market that will drive real wages growth through increased productivity.
