Ms Westacott discusses the important role businesses play in tackling mental health, the Mentally Healthy Workplace Alliance and how PwC research shows that having a mentally healthy workplace can lead to significant savings across the economy and a return on investment from mental health initiatives of $2.30 for every $1 spent.
