This is the Business Council’s submission in response to the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman’s draft Position Paper for the Supply Chain Finance Review.

The Business Council manages the Australian supplier payment code, an industry-led voluntary initiative that is improving payment times to small businesses across Australia.
