The BCA has made a submission to the Senate Education and Employment Legislation Committee inquiry into the Fair Work Amendment Bill 2014.

The submission puts on record the BCA’s strong support for the Bill.

We welcome the winding back of laws that have made it harder for business to respond quickly to global competition and increase employment.
