Open Letter to Members of the Australian Labor Party Caucus about the Enterprise Migration Agreement Program

BCA CEO Jennifer Westacott has written to members of the ALP federal Caucus reinforcing the BCA’s support for the government’s Enterprise Migration Agreement program, urging them to hold firm on this important policy and proceed with it as announced.

At a critical time for a number of major projects, the program is all about helping Australia overcome temporary and acute labour shortages in high-performing sectors of our economy.

Tying it up in more red tape and process would only make these important opportunities potentially unmanageable and is no way to help Australian workers.
