Modernising document execution: submission to the Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet consultation process

This is the Business Council of Australia's submission in response to the consultation paper "Modernising document execution: consultation on a common pathway for digital execution of statutory declarations and deeds".

The BCA supports reforms that will update relevant laws to make them fit-for-purpose to reflect 21st century technology and modern custom and practice in business.
