Letter regarding draft Model Terms for enterprise argreements and copied State Instruments

The Business Council of Australia (BCA) have provided comments on the draft model terms as invited by the Commission's Statement - Model terms for enterprise agreements and copied State instruments [2024] FWCFB 466 (Statement). In the letter we address each of the draft model terms for enterprise agreements (EA) including:

  • Model flexibility term
  • Model consultation term
  • Model dispute resolution term
