The Business Council of Australia (BCA) welcomes the opportunity to provide a submission to the Exposure Draft Package Cyber Security Legislative Reforms.

The BCA broadly supports the exposure draft package, and we welcome the additional protections for businesses. We recognise that the exposure draft has been thoroughly consulted, and many of industry's previous comments have been taken on board. However, there remains areas, outlined in our feedback letter, that would benefit from greater clarity and detail.
