Age Can Work: The Case for Older Australians Staying in the Workforce

Australia’s corporate sector and trade unions are working together to boost the number of older people remaining in the workforce.
The ACTU–BCA joint report highlights the potentially massive social and economic impact of Australia’s ageing population.
The peak councils will focus on workplace changes to combat age discrimination, support older workers and promote quality part-time jobs as a transition from full-time work to retirement.
