Amendments to Predatory Pricing Provisions
Some recent government moves have meanwhile prompted backhanders from the business side. The Business Council, for example, was highly critical of the government’s last-minute shift on the predatory pricing provisions in the revised Trade Practices Act, a criticism taken up vigorously last week by Woolworths chief executive Michael Luscombe.
