Dysfunctional Federalism
‘Academics and business groups have argued that climate change, water management, including the Murray–Darling basin, infrastructure, education curriculum and health are not being addressed properly because Australia was suffering from dysfunctional federalism. Lobby groups, including the Business Council of Australia and the Australian Local Government Association have also called for change in state–federal relations.’
