But Business Council of Australia president Michael Chaney disputed the conclusions in Tuesday’s budget papers. “We don't think it’s the whole picture. The Productivity Commission should look at the whole business tax structure and make recommendations for reform. It also ought to look at forward revenue and expenditure projections for the states and the federal government; our concern is that you will find an increasing mismatch.”
