The Importance of Employability Skills

‘… school leavers and graduates with strong technical skills would be ‘restricted’ in the workplace it they lacked team building and teamwork skills …he said business was reporting skill shortages in engineering, accounting and financial services, while another area of acute shortage was the health profession, particularly nursing.’
