Tax Overkill Hits Industry

Businesses spend millions of dollars each year trying to comply with Australia’s complex tax system, aside from paying more than $27 billion in taxes. A report released yesterday by the Business Council of Australia and the Corporate Tax Association found businesses pay a staggering 56 different taxes nation-wide.
