BCA Emissions Reduction Policy

The key to Howard’s future is to embrace an emissions policy validated by Australian business and by sound economics. This is his last hope of getting some control of the climate-change debate. Howard's taskforce reflects two events: the return of Treasury to centre stage in climate change and a consensus among the diverse BCA corporates forged under the leadership of its president Michael Chaney.
